You have five teams, each of which has a budget of €1,200 to spend every month. They should try to spend the full €1,200 but each team has a Spending Target of at least €1,000 a month. If a team doesn’t spend all €1,200 in the month, it can add what it hasn’t spent into its Reserve Fund. Each team has its own Reserve Fund.
